What leasing options are available?

Do you offer individual leases & co-living?

​We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.

Can I request a specific apartment & can an apartment be held?

​All units if available can be reserved on our website. 

Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?

Our community is part of Essential Housing. We do accept vouchers on any units that have a P6 designation.

Is renter's insurance required?

No

Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?

Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.

What are the hours of the clubhouse?

9am - 6pm M-F and 10-5 Sat

What are the hours for the fitness center?

24/7

What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?

9 am - 10pm

What are the hours for the business center?

9am - 6pm M-F and 10-5 Sat

Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge? How do I set it up?

All residents would have to get AT&T internet on their own.

How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?

We have a package locker system. This does require a one time set up fee of $20.

Are BBQ grills available?

Yes in the pool courtyards and in the dog park area.

Do you offer valet trash service and/or recycling?

Valet Trash service 5 nights a week. Sun-Thurs

What is the smoking policy?

No smoking in the units.

What is the parking situation?

5 level garage attached to the building.

Do you allow pets; if so, do you have pet amenities?

Yes we are pet friendly. We do have a pet park.

Our community was designed with people who rent with pets in mind. A maximum number of two (2) pets are permitted per apartment unit provided the required pet deposit, pet fee and monthly pet rent is paid. Pet weight must not exceed 99 lbs. with restrictions on all aggressive breeds including, but not limited to the following breeds, Akita Inu, Alaskan Malamutes, American Bandogge, American Bulldog, Basenji, Boew Boel, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Caucasian, Chow, Doberman Pinschers, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Gull Dong, Huskies, Perro de Presa Canario, Pitbull, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Tosa Inu, Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans, Wolf Mixes, and any mixes thereof. Other animals, including but not limited to the following are not permitted as pets at this Community: Poisonous Animals (i.e. spiders, snakes); and/or, other Exotic Animals (i.e. primate, iguana, ferret, sugar gliders, snakes). For more comprehensive literature regarding this Community’s pet policies, please inquire with a leasing representative.

Apartments feature a space-saving tub/shower combo.

What kind of appliances and features does the kitchen have?

Stainless Steel appliances. Granite countertops

Are washers and dryers available? Are they in the apartment? What kind?

Yes all units have washers and dryers in the units.
